Description

You will lead a team of recruiters to execute full life-cycle recruiting for Carvana's Operations teams, focusing on high-volume hiring targets. You'll develop strong business relationships with partners and drive recruiting strategies to meet evolving needs. Your efforts will have an immediate, tangible impact on staffing top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience including leadership recruiting
• 3+ years leading a team
• Experience with virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing)
• Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse

Responsibilities

• Guide full life-cycle recruiting for Operations, including hiring events and leadership recruiting
• Inspire and lead recruiting team to meet KPIs and hiring targets
• Train and support team in developing recruiting strategies
• Analyze data to improve recruiting effectiveness and increase quality of hire
• Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate and meet hiring needs
