You'll own community management, public relations, and brand reputation strategies to establish Gearset as the enterprise DevOps and agentic change platform. Your work will grow industry presence and shape perception among enterprise decision-makers and the Salesforce ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with key influencers and online communities
• Own and grow DevOps Leaders Program and Customer Slack community
• Lead PR and communications to produce newsworthy content
• Lead employee advocacy program to turn team into brand advocates

📋 Requirements

• Experience in marketing with focus on PR, community management or brand communications
• Track record of executing high-impact PR campaigns
• Storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking brand awareness metrics
