As a Payroll Risk & Compliance Expert for UK&I, you will own payroll compliance for your region, translating complex local legislation into scalable processes and systems. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal to embed compliance into Remote's global payroll platform, ensuring it meets and anticipates regulatory standards.

• Proven record leading audits or country-level compliance programs
