You'll own the health and configuration of Jira and Jellyfish tools, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into engineering investment and velocity. You'll automate AI-augmented operations to streamline workflows and generate executive insights. This role offers the chance to shape the engineering operating system at a remote-first global SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain complex Jira workflows and automation rules
• Map Jira signals to Jellyfish allocation buckets for investment tracking
• Monitor DORA metrics and identify systemic bottlenecks
• Synthesize monthly Jellyfish data into executive narratives using LLMs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Engineering Operations or Program Management
• Expert-level Jira Cloud administration skills
• Deep understanding of Agile metrics and DORA metrics
• Proficiency with AI agents and LLMs for data analysis

• Python or JavaScript for API integrations
• GitHub and AWS experience
