Description

You will lead infrastructure projects for MassDOT, MBTA, and private clients, managing budgets, quality, and design coordination across disciplines. Your work includes technical analysis, client presentations, and supervising staff.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• PE License in MA
• 10+ years of experience in structural engineering
• Excellent communication and client relation skills
• Strong organization and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of SOQs, proposals, and contracts
• Research local/state regulations
• Make presentations before elected officials and advisory boards, attend conferences, participate in interviews
• Prepare technical analysis in load ratings, bridge design, finite element analysis
• Project management including cost control, budget control, QA/QC
• Direct and manage budgeting and execution of projects, supervise staff and subcontractors
