🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of 5-10 Consultants
• Drive successful deployments of Celonis and AI technologies
• Manage services sales cycles including scoping and proposals
• Ensure strong customer engagement during implementations

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in SaaS or Consulting project delivery
• Experience managing Professional Services teams
• Proven track record of complex transformational programs
• Excellent communication in German and English
