💼 About This Role

You'll own outcomes for a product area, working as part of a product trio alongside a Tech Lead and Designer. You'll translate product strategy into shipped work that moves key metrics like win rates, time-to-value, and retention. You'll spend your time understanding customer problems, shaping what to build next, and ensuring shipped work lands with customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute on product strategy for your area, breaking it into focused bets driving commercial outcomes
• Partner with Tech Lead and Designer to deliver a high-quality, sustainable product roadmap
• Work directly with agile engineering teams, leading discovery and shaping delivery
• Drive customer engagement through research, calls, and direct interaction

📋 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience executing on product strategy and turning strategic direction into shipped outcomes
• Hands-on experience working with engineering and design teams in a lean-agile environment
• Customer and commercially minded with ability to connect problems to business outcomes

✨ Nice to Have

• Curiosity about databases, developer tools, compliance, or DevOps domain
• Experience using tools like GitHub, Confluence, UserVoice, Salesforce, Zendesk, PowerBI
