💼 About This Role

You'll join an interdisciplinary team to provide restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to seniors, focusing on maximizing independence and safety. This role offers lower patient volumes and long-term relationships with participants instead of short-term rehab. You'll collaborate with other therapists and have work/life balance with minimal after-hours documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments in facility and occasionally in homes.
• Actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans.
• Deliver and document interventions as agreed in care plans.
• Supervise Therapy Assistants and implement Functional Maintenance Programs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• Valid California Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility.
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or doctoral degree in physical therapy.
• Two years in a clinical setting with frail or elderly population.
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience.
