Description

You will provide 1:1 nursing care to clients in their homes in Harford County, Maryland, with flexible scheduling and support. This role focuses on following care plans, administering treatments, and coordinating care to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Maryland
• Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using electronic medical records
