You'll manage retail customer accounts for a leading customer engagement platform, partnering with Account Executives to drive renewals and retention. You'll build Success Plans, analyze product usage, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients with over 1,000 employees.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to drive client renewals and retention targets
- Build shared Success Plans and provide strategic guidance to customers
- Proactively analyze product usage to identify opportunities and risks
- Maintain regular contact via check-ins, events, and Executive Business Reviews
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years of customer success or related experience
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Domain knowledge of SaaS, mobile, APIs, or marketing automation
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills

- Experience with marketing analytics or programming (HTML)
