You'll manage retail customer accounts for a leading customer engagement platform, partnering with Account Executives to drive renewals and retention. You'll build Success Plans, analyze product usage, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients with over 1,000 employees.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives to drive client renewals and retention targets
  • Build shared Success Plans and provide strategic guidance to customers
  • Proactively analyze product usage to identify opportunities and risks
  • Maintain regular contact via check-ins, events, and Executive Business Reviews

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5 years of customer success or related experience
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Domain knowledge of SaaS, mobile, APIs, or marketing automation
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills

  • Experience with marketing analytics or programming (HTML)
  • Track record of working with household-name brands
