As a Stylist at Mejuri, you'll deliver exceptional, personalized shopping experiences, guiding customers to discover jewelry that resonates with them. You'll bridge the gap between beautiful pieces and meaningful moments, driving sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction.

• Meet KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experience following Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Promote services including piercing, engraving, and other offerings
• Support back-of-house order fulfillment for in-store, phone, or BOPIS sales
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
• Build positive relationships and adhere to compliance practices
