🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee the AP function within Finance Shared Services.
• Re-engineer AP processes using automation tools for efficiency and compliance.
• Act as liaison with operational and finance teams to resolve escalated AP issues.
• Identify and analyze KPIs to track performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, including SOX.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of corporate accounting or finance experience.
• Minimum of 5 years directly managing an AP or finance team.
• Proven track record in process improvement and AP management.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA).
• Experience with AP automation tools and ERP platforms.
• Public company experience with SOX compliance knowledge.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-location organizations.
