🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as senior technical point of contact for API integrations
• Debug complex integration issues with external engineering teams
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers on partner solutions
• Diagnose and resolve API issues across WebSocket and REST
• Build internal tools and scripts for support efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical support or solutions engineering
• Proficiency with REST APIs, WebSockets, JSON, OAuth
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
• Experience working directly with partner engineering teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with trading platforms or fintech
• Familiarity with React or Node.js
• Background in developer experience or technical evangelism
