Description
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor to MongoDB's Forbes Global 2000 customers, helping them maximize value from the platform. You will lead executive business reviews, mitigate risks, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services for a technical product
- 4+ years accountable for customer health and revenue realization on a defined portfolio of Forbes Global 2000 accounts
- Aptitude and curiosity for technical concepts
- High autonomy and ownership of customer portfolio
- Fluent German
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
- Collect feedback and identify roadblocks to inform Product and Leadership
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks with custom remediation plans
- Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and expansion opportunities
- Lead executive business reviews with C-suite and technical leaders
