Description

You will manage candidate activity, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, collaborate with recruiters, and perform full cycle recruiting for select positions. Your work will help identify top talent to support IXL Learning's mission of improving learning for all students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-2 years of relevant recruiting experience
• Experience screening resumes and assessing qualifications
• Experience conducting phone screens
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS, Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Review inbound candidate applications and evaluate qualifications
• Conduct initial candidate phone screens to assess skills and fit
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams
• Perform full cycle recruiting for select positions as needed
• Maintain a seamless candidate experience for positive company impression
