Description

You will partner with stakeholders in Technical Services, Analytics, and other teams to surface key insights driving business decisions. You will lead analyses of business processes, pricing models, and deal structures, architect data pipelines, and design dashboards using Tableau. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills to support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of analytics and business reporting experience (or 5+ with MBA)
• Skilled in data cleaning, transformation, and integration using Python and SQL
• Experience with complex sales processes, SaaS subscriptions, and deal mechanics
• Proven experience presenting to executive leadership on FP&A strategies and headcount forecasting
• Expert in creating dynamic dashboards and analytical tools in Tableau

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth analyses of Technical Services business processes, pricing models, and deal structures
• Collaborate with FP&A to integrate financial considerations into headcount planning and resource allocation
• Facilitate strategic alignment with executive stakeholders incorporating FP&A insights
• Architect robust data pipelines with Data Analysis, Engineering, and Architecture teams
• Design advanced dashboards in Tableau enabling stakeholders to self-serve critical insights
