Description

You will ensure building systems integrity through routine maintenance and minor repairs, supporting efficient equipment operation. Perform tasks like restroom repairs, door hardware maintenance, and basic painting while following safety protocols.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, or plumbing
• Basic knowledge of laptop/phone apps and Microsoft Outlook
• Possess engineering and trade licenses as required
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in restroom facilities and clear drains
• Conduct general labor tasks and debris removal
• Replace lamps, air filters, ceiling tiles, and fire extinguishers
• Maintain and replace door hardware, minor furniture and floor repairs
• Follow safety protocols and ensure OSHA/NEC/NFC/NFPA compliance
