Description

You will own the engagement tooling roadmap for MetaMask, enabling teams to deliver automated, timely, and relevant messages across the user lifecycle. You'll work at the intersection of product, growth, and lifecycle communication to improve activation, retention, and re-engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer, fintech, or platform products
• Proven ability to own and ship end-to-end product experiences with meaningful user and business impact
• Strong product judgment and user empathy, especially around notifications and engagement
• Comfort working with data, experiments, and metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for engagement tooling
• Improve how teams create, manage, target, test, and measure engagement across channels
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to build flexible, reliable systems
• Establish success metrics (activation, retention, re-engagement, conversion) and use data to guide prioritization
• Communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders
