Description

You will design plumbing and fire protection systems for educational, healthcare, commercial, and science & technology projects. You'll prepare calculations, production drawings, and specifications, and conduct field site visits during construction.

Requirements

• Current PE or FPE in the United States required
• Minimum 4+ years of related experience
• Experience in Revit or similar engineering design software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• LEED accreditation preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform designs of piping and equipment selection for plumbing and fire protection systems
• Prepare calculations and production drawings from schematic to construction phases
• Edit specifications and specify equipment such as sprinkler and medical gas systems
• Review shop drawings for compliance
• Conduct field site visits during construction phase
