💼 About This Role

You'll build the accounting function from the ground up at a fast-growing voice AI platform. You'll own AP, month-end close, and billing processes. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end AP process including invoice receipt and payment execution
• Support month-end close with AP accruals and reconciliations
• Administer corporate card program and expense review
• Assist in billing and invoicing, resolve billing disputes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years of accounting experience with AP focus
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms

• CPA candidate or pursuing CPA
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
