Requirements
- 2+ years experience at fine dining or upscale casual restaurant
- Previous leadership or management experience
- High energy, outgoing, positive leader
- Social media and business development savvy
- Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Create and execute marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and drive new business
- Plan and manage weekly social media posts about specials and events
- Oversee coaching, training, and management of front-of-house staff
