Requirements

• 2+ years experience at fine dining or upscale casual restaurant
• Previous leadership or management experience
• High energy, outgoing, positive leader
• Social media and business development savvy
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and drive new business
• Plan and manage weekly social media posts about specials and events
• Oversee coaching, training, and management of front-of-house staff
• Handle guest issues professionally to ensure high customer service
• Monitor and schedule staff to meet labor cost objectives and service standards
