You'll support licensed colorists at a busy hair color bar and learn the services to grow into a licensed role. Your core impact is ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. This role offers training for promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Demonstrate teamwork to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Perform shampooing, conditioning, styling, and blowout services.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals including retail and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Effective communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
