Your core impact will be driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and maximize their use of our solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and expand customer accounts to drive growth.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Own contract renewal process and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong Salesforce skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
