You'll drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement for a leading e-commerce company. You'll shape the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, leveraging your HR expertise to support a fast-paced, ASX-listed business. This role offers ownership of key people processes and exposure to strategic P&C initiatives.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Source and manage candidates using cost-effective channels
- Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques
- Manage performance issues and mitigate Fair Work risk
- Lead L&D discussions and budget for skill development
๐ Requirements
- University degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a P&C Generalist or Business Partner
- Retail, eCommerce, or FMCG background preferred
- Tech-literate with ability to leverage AI tools
