You'll drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement for a leading e-commerce company. You'll shape the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, leveraging your HR expertise to support a fast-paced, ASX-listed business. This role offers ownership of key people processes and exposure to strategic P&C initiatives.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Source and manage candidates using cost-effective channels
  • Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques
  • Manage performance issues and mitigate Fair Work risk
  • Lead L&D discussions and budget for skill development

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as a P&C Generalist or Business Partner
  • Retail, eCommerce, or FMCG background preferred
  • Tech-literate with ability to leverage AI tools
