💼 About This Role

You'll own the governance frameworks and technical policy artifacts for Reflection's open-weight AI models. You'll translate emerging AI governance expectations into concrete product requirements and public-facing narratives. This role sits at the intersection of research, product, and policy, enabling safe shipping and broad adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product-embedded governance frameworks and launch-readiness standards.
• Build technical blogs and policy-relevant artifacts from research outputs.
• Engage policymakers, standards bodies, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Legal, and Comms teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in AI governance, product strategy, trust & safety, or adjacent fields.
• Proven track record converting regulatory and safety expectations into product standards.
• Deep understanding of U.S. and global AI governance frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act).
• Exceptional written and narrative skill for technical blogs and policy docs.
