💼 About This Role

You'll lead the enterprise Disaster Recovery program for Toast's all-in-one restaurant platform, ensuring rapid recovery of critical IT systems. You'll design policies, oversee testing, and directly manage the Business Continuity Manager, providing status and risk visibility to senior leadership. This role offers hybrid flexibility in Bangalore with a focus on technical resilience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mature and own the enterprise Disaster Recovery Program
• Design and maintain DR policies, standards, and plan templates
• Guide technical teams in developing DR plans for critical systems
• Oversee DR testing and exercises to validate recovery capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years overall experience with 5+ in disaster recovery or resiliency
• Direct management of personnel within a formal leadership capacity
• Relevant certification such as DRCS, CBCP, CBCI, ISO 22301 CBCM, or BCRP
• Understanding of IT, cloud, data center configurations and recovery practices
