💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end program management for a portfolio of data center design programs at Fluidstack, working with elite AI companies like Anthropic and Google. You'll build the playbooks, templates, and systems that enable engineers to focus on engineering. You'll drive structure and accountability across internal teams and external consultants, ensuring nothing is unforeseen.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end project management of concurrent data center design programs.
• Build and maintain integrated master schedules across all design disciplines.
• Establish program governance: milestone gates, design review cadences, change control.
• Manage consultant procurement, scoping, and onboarding to Fluidstack's standards.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years managing complex technical projects with design content.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams through full design lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
