• Lead opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.
• Coach team on consultative selling and customer education.
• Execute inventory counts and overnight audits.
• Train new hires and provide real-time feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• 1 year customer-facing or sales experience
• 1 year POS system and cash handling experience
• 6 months retail leadership experience
