💼 About This Role

You'll own the full lifecycle of utility-scale and behind-the-meter battery storage projects from scoping through commissioning. You'll drive schedule, budget, and risk for a growing portfolio while being the key interface between BD, engineering, EPC partners, and customers. This role offers the chance to shape delivery processes at a fast-growing company localizing the battery supply chain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end project execution from scoping through commissioning and O&M handoff
• Own integrated schedule, budget tracker, and risk register for each project
• Serve as primary interface between BD, engineering, EPC partners, and customers
• Track RFI/submittal workflows, change orders, permitting, and interconnection coordination

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Program Management, Business, or related discipline
• 5+ years of program management in energy storage, renewable energy, or utility-scale power
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from scoping through commissioning and O&M handoff with schedule/budget/risk ownership
