💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end Transaction Monitoring framework for Latin America, leading the regional team and driving continuous improvement of controls. You will act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, partners, and regulators. This role stands out for its impact on high-growth fintech operations in emerging markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the LATAM Transaction Monitoring team.
• Serve as primary liaison with FCC functions and regulators.
• Handle audits and inquiries related to Transaction Monitoring.
• Refine AML rules and improve data availability with engineering.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Financial Crime Compliance with focus on Transaction Monitoring.
• 4+ years in leadership roles managing sizable teams.
• Experience with SAR/STR filings and regulatory bodies.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
