You'll drive growth, retention, and engagement across our B2C marketplace by using data as a strategic tool. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design and measure initiatives, conduct A/B testing, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in business analytics or related quantitative field
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into clear solutions
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Strong business intuition and curiosity about the data
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to design and measure strategic initiatives
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership
• Design and implement A/B experiments to evaluate new strategies
• Build scalable analytical frameworks to monitor marketplace health
• Act as a thought partner to business leaders, identifying questions and opportunities
