💼 About This Role

You'll lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations and support for clients in Chile. You'll ensure technical quality and compliance while coordinating with project teams. This role offers 100% remote work with occasional on-site meetings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions
• Configure business rules and design technical solutions
• Coordinate with project team and manage client relationships
• Train end users and resolve incidents

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in SAP HCM specializing in Payroll
• Experience in payroll implementation (mandatory)
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Intermediate English proficiency (preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules beyond ECP
• Project management or team coordination experience
• Advanced English skills
