💼 About This Role

You'll support recruiting processes for VaynerMedia, a family of companies building brands. You'll source, screen, and schedule candidates while partnering with departments. This role requires 2 days in office in New York.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and manage recruiting processes from sourcing to hiring.
• Source candidates using job boards, ATS, and LinkedIn.
• Review resumes, identify qualified talent, and schedule interviews.
• Guide candidates through the recruiting life-cycle with responsive communication.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of recruitment or sourcing experience in advertising or media.
• Expert in G-Suite tools.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
