You'll own the end-to-end user transition from verified identity to active trading across KYC, deposits, first trade, and rewards. Core impact: directly drive trading volume, retention, and revenue by optimizing the conversion funnel. This role stands out for its high ownership and cross-functional influence across Compliance, Engineering, and Operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own identity verification platform strategy and roadmap
• Manage deposit and withdrawal experience across markets
• Design activation ladder from first deposit to first trade
• Coordinate reward mechanics from KYC completion through trading

📋 Requirements

• 6–8+ years in Product Management at a high-growth tech company
• Experience with IDV platforms, payment rail integration, or KYC/AML product design
• Technical fluency: understand payment gateway logic, ledger systems, and API integration
• Data-driven: SQL fluency and funnel analysis with Mixpanel/Amplitude

• Crypto exchange, fintech, or neo-bank experience
• Regulatory knowledge of FATF, SCA, GDPR
• AI-native workflow using tools like Cursor or Claude Code
