Description

You will enable the Product Management Team by owning product operations, from idea to adoption. You'll systematize processes, analyze product and customer data, and build operational infrastructure to free up Product Managers for strategic work. This role combines quantitative analysis, AI/automation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar data-intensive operational role in enterprise software/cybersecurity
• Experience implementing AI tools to automate product tasks
• Quantitative approach with history of using data in PM processes
• Deep experience with JIRA and product analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo)
• Strong understanding of product planning and GTM readiness best practices

Responsibilities

• Own the product planning lifecycle from idea to adoption
• Collect, analyze, and report on product performance KPIs and health dashboards
• Systematize customer feedback aggregation using AI and automation
• Own and optimize the product tech stack (JIRA, Pendo, AI tools)
• Drive Go-to-Market readiness for every product launch and feature
