๐ผ About This Role
You'll be the operational force multiplier for Gamma's sales organization, building infrastructure and competitive intelligence to drive deal closures. You'll own sales enablement content and competitive intelligence end-to-end, working closely with leadership. This role offers high-variety exposure to every lever in enterprise sales.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build sales enablement content like case studies and ROI calculators
- Own competitive intelligence including battle cards and win/loss analysis
- Drive pipeline accuracy through weekly reviews and deal hygiene
- Support strategic projects across territory planning and tool evaluations
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4 years in Sales Operations, Strategy, or consulting
- Startup experience building processes from scratch
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- CRM proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools for automation
- Familiarity with security questionnaires or vendor portals
- Project management certifications
