🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute daily HR operations and manage employee data in Workday.
• Manage onboarding, role changes, and offboarding for Americas employees.
• Support benefits administration and vendor coordination.
• Deliver HR support to employees across US time zones.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 4-5 years in HR/People Operations supporting US or Americas
• Experience with Workday and Google Workspace
• Strong communication and cross-cultural awareness
