You'll serve as the primary point of contact for service customers at a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership, guiding them through maintenance and repair. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and document vehicle concerns on Repair Orders
• Advise customers on recommended services and cost estimates
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department for timely repairs
• Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer facing role
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar in an automotive dealership
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, especially CDJR models, is a plus
• Proficiency with dealership DMS (Tekion) and scheduling software
