You'll lead the scientific strategy for a pioneering tRNA therapeutic platform targeting rare genetic and neuromuscular diseases. This role bridges discovery science and translational research, driving programs from proof-of-concept through IND-enabling studies in an entrepreneurial, globally collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead scientific strategy from discovery through IND-enabling studies
• Oversee dual tRNA modalities across multiple therapeutic programs
• Lead translational research bridging RNA biology to clinical applications
• Guide preclinical studies including in vivo models and biomarker development

📋 Requirements

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Neuroscience or related field
• 8-12+ years in biotech/pharma R&D with progressive leadership
• Expertise in RNA biology and gene therapy modalities
• Hands-on experience with AAV vector design and preclinical workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LNP or alternative delivery technologies
• Experience in rare diseases or platform-based therapeutics
• Track record of engaging with academic partners and KOLs
