💼 About This Role

You'll design experiences across iOS, Android, Web, and Tablet for Sleeper, the leading platform connecting friends over sports. You'll own design execution end-to-end, collaborate with a small but mighty team, and contribute to our design system. This role offers the chance to make a big impact in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design experiences across iOS, Android, Web, and Tablet
• Collaborate with designers and mentor junior team members
• Own all aspects of design execution and innovation
• Create scalable design solutions and contribute to design system

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of full-time Product Design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing design foundations
• Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation
• Expertise with design systems and related processes

• Degree in HCI, web/media design, human-centered or UI/UX design
