💼 About This Role

You'll lead institution-grade partnership strategies to bring thousands of businesses onto Whop's platform. You'll own deals end-to-end—scouting, closing, and ramping partners—working with creators, VC funds, and PE firms. This role offers high autonomy and reports directly to the Head of Sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Scout and prioritize partners who can deliver thousands of merchants
  • Pitch, negotiate terms, and close partnership deals
  • Ramp partners to get their network live on Whop
  • Hand off to account manager once partnership is on autopilot
  • Close 2-3 massive deals per year

📋 Requirements

  • Promoted 1-3x at a scaling fintech or infrastructure company
  • Built successful internet businesses with $250K+ revenue
  • Can sell to creators, PE partners, and legal professionals in the same week
  • Knows how to structure deals: cash, rev share, advisory shares, etc.
