You'll lead payroll discovery sessions for mid-market and enterprise customers, ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Implementation. Your core impact is protecting customer experience and accelerating time-to-value by validating delivery readiness. This role sits at the heart of Deel's global payroll growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead detailed payroll discovery sessions with prospective customers.
• Create comprehensive handover packs for Onboarding and Project Managers.
• Support Sales on complex global payroll opportunities with delivery expertise.
• Run country-specific enablement sessions for Implementation teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of global payroll, implementation, or operations experience.
• Strong understanding of multi-country payroll complexity and compliance.
• Experience leading payroll discovery or onboarding projects.
• Ability to run structured client discovery sessions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using Salesforce, Notion, and project tracking tools.
• Fluency in additional languages.
