You'll lead a team building the cross-platform runtime platform that powers secure execution for modern and AI-driven workloads. You'll own the technical strategy for virtualization and container technologies across Windows, macOS, and Linux. This role shapes critical infrastructure used by developers worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of 6–10 engineers focused on runtime systems
• Define technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the runtime platform
• Partner with product management to align engineering with business priorities
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and predictable delivery across runtime components

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years managing engineering teams in systems-focused environments
• 5+ years hands-on experience in systems programming (hypervisors, kernel, container runtimes)
• Deep understanding of virtualization technologies including VMMs and hypervisors
• Cross-platform expertise across Windows, macOS, Linux

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with OCI, containerd, or runc
• Experience in globally distributed remote-first teams
• Ability to hire and retain senior engineering talent
