🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to own full-cycle searches.
• Build strong pipelines of top marketing talent.
• Proactively source and outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience and facilitate debriefs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth companies.
• Deep understanding of Brand, Growth, and Performance Marketing landscape.
• Proven success sourcing and closing senior-level marketing leaders.
• Skilled in ATS tools like Greenhouse and sourcing platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of talent marketing and employer branding tactics.
• Conversational Spanish is a plus.
