Description

You will lead operations for Carvana's Reconditioning Special Operations team, managing site integration strategies and overseeing multiple reconditioning lines to improve throughput, cost, and quality. This role requires 80% travel to support Inspection Centers and ADESA Megasite Integrations nationwide.

Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading teams of 50+ associates with a track record of employee development
• Ability to travel 80% of the time
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Open to relocation nationwide

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful site integration strategy execution by managing RSO Teams through setup and training of departments
• Provide local site teams with necessary tools, training, and equipment for production launch
• Project manage key RSO Team initiatives while on site
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects
• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines, identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and drive site performance
