💼 About This Role

You'll lead the technical design and delivery of a new Backup feature for ShareGate, a Microsoft 365 governance solution. You'll own the architecture, define the long-term vision, and build the team from the ground up. This is a chance to shape a highly requested capability and leverage agentic AI development tools to accelerate delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical design and architecture of the Backup feature.
• Design and develop a reliable, automated backup system.
• Champion spec-driven development workflow with detailed specs.
• Mentor developers and influence engineering practices.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with agentic development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proven technical leadership in large-scale enterprise system development.

• Understanding of Disaster Recovery use cases.
