You'll provide L2 support for Palo Alto NGFW environments and manage day-to-day firewall operations. Your core impact includes handling incident management, troubleshooting, and contributing to firewall migrations for critical enterprise and cloud infrastructure. This role offers the chance to collaborate with L3 teams and influence security strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide L2 support for Palo Alto NGFW incident handling and troubleshooting.
• Manage firewall policy changes, NAT configurations, and VPN management.
• Coordinate TAC escalations for critical issues and vendor support.
• Execute firewall migration projects from Cisco ASA to Palo Alto.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network security and firewall management.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW (PAN-OS) and advanced features.
• Knowledge of IPSec VPNs, NAT, ACLs, and security policy management.
• Experience with cloud security in AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.

• PCNSE certification.
• CCNP Security or equivalent certification.
• Experience in enterprise datacenter and cloud security deployments.
