🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and publish responsive e-learning courses using authoring tools
• Translate SME content into storyboards and interactive modules
• Create high-quality graphics and visual aids using Canva and PowerPoint
• Explore generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and personalization

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning Designer or Instructional Design role
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise 360 or similar rapid authoring tool
• Strong visual design skills with Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered tools like Synthesia or HeyGen
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 or Evolve
• Background in digital, technology, or professional services industries
