Your core impact will be ensuring platform stability and a strong security posture across Google Workspace, Atlassian, and MDM environments. This role stands out for leading complex project implementations and automating user lifecycle management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Escalate and resolve complex technical issues from L1/L2 engineers.
• Architect and manage SSO and Identity Provider solutions.
• Optimize Google Workspace with advanced security configurations.
• Manage Atlassian suite workflows, automation, and integrations.

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Deep expertise in SSO and Identity Provider solutions (Okta, Azure AD).
• Expert-level knowledge of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Proven experience with Mac OS and Windows endpoint management via MDM.
