You'll drive growth for Gravie's Level-Funded and ICHRA offerings within an assigned region, focusing on cultivating broker relationships and expanding market share. You'll act as a senior sales contributor responsible for representing Gravie's differentiated health benefits approach. This role offers the autonomy of an entrepreneurial environment within a fast-growing company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Achieve annual new business sales goals for Level-Funded and ICHRA products.
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans targeting brokers and mid-market employers.
  • Build consultative relationships with key broker partners to drive quote activity.
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7-10+ years sales experience in health insurance or employee benefits.
  • Proven record of exceeding quota.
  • Deep understanding of Level-Funded and/or ICHRA plan designs.
  • Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.

  • Pre-existing broker and consultant relationships in Florida.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously.
